You are the manager of a team of employees. This can be within any business setting you choose. You have noticed there is a lack of consistency and effectiveness in communication between your team members and stakeholders.

You have decided to run a workshop to improve communication between your team members and other stakeholders. Part of the workshop will be a presentation which will include standardising some communication strategies which will contribute to improving outcomes in achieving business operational objectives.

The format for this assessment is a slide presentation:

Tasks 1, 2 & 3 are to be presented in a slide show presentation. This must include:

  • A slide presentation
  • Speaker notes on each slide
  • A video of the student presenting the slide presentation

Presentations are to be no longer than 25 minutes.

Slide Presentation Instructions:

The introduction slide should include the subject title and student’s name. Citations are to be included on the slides where applicable and the last slide is for the Reference List.

The presentation must:

  • Include speaker notes – as these are speaker notes, they do not need to be full sentences but must guide your narration.
  • Slides are easy to read, with no more than 30 words per slide.
  • Be presented clearly, professionally, and appropriately for the audience.
  • Effectively deliver the content and engage with the audience.
